Maricel is the owner and lead therapist at MG Sports Massage in Rocky River. With over a decade of experience in the field, she is a highly skilled and dedicated sports massage therapist.
Maricel specializes in working with athletes and active individuals to help them recover from injuries, improve their performance, and prevent future injuries.
She uses a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching, to help her clients achieve their goals. In addition to her work at MG Sports Massage, Maricel is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

About Maricel
Maricel Galarza was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2011 she graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and officially began MG Sports Massage in 2015.
Maricel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio, is trained in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) and is certified in full body ART (Active Release Techniques). She also has training in Kinesio Tape, is a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and has been formally trained in Sports Massage Event Recovery.
Having experience with all types of athletes ranging from professional athletes to high school athletes, Maricel specializes in sports massage but also offers various types of relaxing and therapeutic massages that are beneficial to everyone. Maricel also graduated as a cosmetologist from Brown Aveda Institute and is a huge Cleveland sports fan.
